Most people struggle to avoid weight gain over the holidays, which is why there is a sudden explosion of fitness DVDs and weight-loss products available on the market in the New Year, as people decide they need to lose a few pounds. It is possible to prevent weight gain in the first place, though, so that you don’t have to bother splashing out on the latest fad diet ‘bibles’ and exercise DVDs.

The first thing you need to do is remind yourself that just because you have Christmas and New Year’s celebrations to enjoy, you don’t need to go overboard. Why You Should Colon Cleanse If You Want to Lose Weight
